CPGIS2018北京論壇:智能遙感與攝影測量

從 1840年代出現攝影術起,攝影測量應運而生,并經曆了模拟攝影測量、解析攝影測量和上世紀80年代以來的數字攝影測量三個階段,而今正向智能攝影測量的 階段邁進。當攝影測量推進的可見成像技術能夠看清楚地物的幾何性狀時,遙感在上世紀60年代應運而生,從而進一步地轉向地物的物理化學性狀的觀測。短短幾 十年的時間裡,遙感在理論和應用方面均得到了迅猛發展,空間分辨率、輻射分辨率、光譜分辨率和時間分辨率普遍提高,新型傳感器不斷湧現,經曆了定性、定量 及高分辨率遙感幾個階段,這裡高精度攝影測量成為遙感空間分辨率的最高水平表達。目前,遙感已經步入高分辨率定量化、實時化時代;其基礎是自動化,其本質 是智能化。

因 此,21世紀以來,計算機視覺與機器學習領域迅猛發展,遙感與攝影測量學科與人工智能領域的關聯比以往更加密切,與機器視覺和深度學習領域的多學科交叉正 促進新的變革。時代迫切要求實現遙感與攝影測量的智能化,實現遙感與攝影測量新的時代跨越,實現與後端機器控制、制造共同升級,最終推動智能化的産業發 展,從而邁入“智能遙感與智能攝影測量”的新時代。

上述技術基礎已部分收錄在《測繪學報》的“數字攝影測量與機器視覺”專刊中。本論壇将發布并全面展示此專刊成果。

本論壇由CPGIS委員會等主辦、beat365承辦的本論壇,借北大120周年華誕,共邀海内外空間信息領域同仁,針對高分辨率遙感與攝影測量智能化基礎進行全面的分析,探讨智能遙感與智能攝影測量的現狀和未來發展,并将形成“智能遙感與智能攝影測量”的北京宣言。

CPGIS2018Beijing Forum:Intelligent Remote Sensing and Smart Photogrammetry

Since the appearance of photography in the 1840s, photogrammetry came into being. It has undergone three phases: analog photogrammetry, analytical photogrammetry and digital photogrammetry since the 1980s. Now it is moving towards the stage of smart photogrammetry. When visible imaging technology promoted by photogrammetry can clearly see the geometry of features, remote sensing came into being in the 1960s, which further turned to the observation of physical and chemical properties of objects. In just a few decades, remote sensing has developed rapidly both in theory and in application. Spatial resolution, radiation resolution, spectral resolution and time resolution have generally improved. New types of sensors have emerged continuously, undergoing qualitative and quantitative research. There are several phases of high-resolution remote sensing, where high-precision photogrammetry has become the highest level of spatial resolution in remote sensing. At present, remote sensing has entered the era of high-resolution quantitative, real-time; its basis is automation, its essence is intelligent.

Therefore, since the 21st century, the field of computer vision and machine learning has been developing rapidly, and the relationship between remote sensing and photogrammetry and artificial intelligence has become more relevant than ever before, and multidisciplinary transformations in machine vision and deep learning are promoting new changes. The era urgently requires the realization of intelligent remote sensing and photogrammetry, realization of a new era of remote sensing and photogrammetry, realization of joint upgrades with back-end machine control and manufacturing, and ultimately the promotion of intelligent industrial development, thus entering “Intelligent Remote Sensing and Intelligent Photography. A new era of measurement.

The above technical foundation has been partially included in the "Digital Photogrammetry and Machine Vision" special issue of the Journal of Surveying and Mapping. This forum will publish and fully display the results of this special issue.

This forum was hosted by the CPGIS Committee and hosted by Beijing University. With the 120th anniversary of Peking University, we invited colleagues at home and abroad in the field of spatial information to conduct comprehensive analysis on the basis of high-resolution remote sensing and photogrammetry intelligence and explore intelligent remote sensing. The current status and future development of smart photogrammetry will form the Beijing Declaration of “Intelligent Remote Sensing and Intelligent Photogrammetry”.
